Hotel Booking

Separate from the event there is a link to book your hotel room. You can either book a single room or share a twin bed room with someone.

Room Sharing

Reach out to an IWL sister. You can use our community app or our private Facebook page to ask if someone is interested in sharing a room. If you decide to share a room, you will have to arrange payment at the same time.

Visa

Once you register yourself and mark you need a visa, we will send you an invitation for the event by e-mail.

If you need a visa, you can contact the hotel to provide you with a special visa letter for your country of residence. They can only provide the visa letter after you booked your room.

Public transportation

From the airport, every half hour a train goes to Amersfoort Centrum.

(Train direction: NS Intercity Enschede or NS Intercity Amersfoort Schothorst) There you take a bus,

taxi, or Uber to the location. The train ride takes 40 minutes.

At Amersfoort Centrum you take bus 56 ( direction Wijk bij Duurstede) and

get out at Soesterberg-Oost.

Alternative bus: bus 34 (direction U-link Westraven P+R van Science Park) and

get out at Soesterberg-Oost The bus stop is across the road from the location.

The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes.
